Feng Shui Your Bedroom In 6 Easy Steps

The science and practice of Feng Shui has its roots in ancient Chinese culture. Its aim, balance energies within the home in order to create happier, healthier and successful lives. The bedroom is a special place in Feng Shui because people spend a fair bit of time in this space. Having a bedroom that follows the rule of Feng Shui helps you get sound sleep, more self-control and deflects negative energies.

1.  Opt for a Sturdy Headboard:

The best headboards are ones constructed from solid wood or even upholstered. This provides your bedroom with support. During sleep, your body goes into repair mode on different levels. Your head in particular will require support, protection and good backing. This is what a sturdy headboard can provide.

2.  Invest in a Supportive Mattress:
There are many modern mattress options in the market. The best way to choose one is test it. If a particular mattress interests you, lay on it as you would at home.
